Associate Payments Job Responsibilities: •   Ensuring that Payments (Chittagong) operations are completed as per agreed SLA. •   Contribute towards efficient operation of Payments (Chittagong) Unit, ensuring procedures are followed stringently, implement best practices, and provide highest level of customer service. •   Liaison with Bangladesh Bank officials as well as stakeholders to resolve different issues. •   Assist other desks in Service Delivery to handle peak volumes / prepare various reports. •   Safeguard the Bank from potential loss and protect the reputation of the bank by ensuring that BIM, FIM, Audit requirements are strictly followed and that internal controls are maintained at the highest level. •   Maintain HSBC Internal Control Standards, implement and observe Group Policy and Maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring. Experience/Skills: •   Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed institution •   Minimum 1 year experience in Payments Operations. •   Customer orientated individual with excellent interpersonal relationship and leadership skills. •   Well developed Management, planning, and organisational skills. •   Good computer skills.
